On May 25, 2018, the application of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 will become obligatory in Poland. on the protection of personal data (referred to in brief GDPR). Therefore, MARK-STAL Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. and MARK-STAL Aneta Łopatka informs about the processing of your personal data and the principles on which it will take place. This information is directed to both natural and legal persons as well as to persons representing and being contractors of the listed companies.

Who will be the administrator of your data?
The administrator of your personal data will be MARK-STAL Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. and MARK-STAL Aneta Łopatka. Each of the following companies collects and processes information only to the extent necessary to realize the purpose for which they were collected.
